His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua has graciously commanded the Kanchanabaramee Foundation to deploy four mobile screening units across four regions nationwide. These units provide breast cancer screenings via mobile mammogram trucks and gynecologic cancer screenings for at-risk and underprivileged women. This initiative is dedicated to celebrating the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the King's 70th Birthday Anniversary on July 28, 2022.
The mobile units will be stationed at Phibun Mangsahan District Office, Phibun Mangsahan District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, from June 22 to 23, 2026.
Special thanks to Ms. Manaswee Supphrom, the District Chief of Phibun Mangsahan, for honoring the event as the presiding chairperson of the opening ceremony.
The project report was delivered by Dr. Thanong Kamsri, the Director of Phibun Mangsahan Hospital.
Our sincere thanks go to the physicians, registered nurses, and public health officers who honored us with their support in screening at-risk women. We would also like to express our gratitude to the heads of government agencies, local administrative organizations, and Village Health Volunteers (VHVs) for their kind facilitation and services. Special thanks to the Provincial Electricity Authority, as well as to all donors and supporters who purchased souvenir products from the Kanchanabaramee Foundation. A portion of the proceeds will be used to fund ongoing breast cancer screenings for at-risk and underprivileged Thai women nationwide.
